The markets are bursting (finally!) with our favorite produce, like bright asparagus, peppery watercress, Mizuna, greens, sorrel, pea shoots, spring onions, artichokes and Fava beans! We are planning on pairing them with pasta, chicken, lamb, fish, other veggies and more! And let's not forget the sensational six: bringing joy to our recipes... by the sprig or by the bunch! They are herbs we couldn't do without, and they go far beyond garnishes: Rosemary, Thyme, Parsley, Mint, Cilantro and Basil!
