Peruvian heritage plated to Perfection! Central Restaurant in Lima, Peru was awarded 4th place in the World in 2021. It is an ode to Peru in all forms! Peruvian dishes celebrate the unique landscapes, history and traditions of our homeland by using an abundance of local ingredients! Our class will feature the finest food that land and sea have to offer: Ceviche~ Potato Causa stuffed with Chicken~ Lomo Saltado (Stir-fried Beef with Sweet Chiles)~ Suspiro de Limeña (delicious dessert from the XVI century, brought to Peru by Spanish nuns).
